Call meeting to order — Richard Manning, Chair <br />2. Citizens' Input <br />(Persons desiring to address the Paris EDC Board must limit their presentation to no more than <br />two minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits <br />the Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to <br />an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the <br />Paris EDC, Board Members or employees are not appropriate for citizens' input.) <br />3. Discuss and possibly approve Minutes of the May 17, 2016 Meeting. <br />4. Discuss and possibly approve May 2016 Financials. <br />5. Special Recognition. <br />6. Discuss and possibly approve starting the Request for Bids process on the build - <br />out of the property at 2305 NW Loop 286. <br />7. Discuss and possibly approve a Lead Generation company to work with us finding industries <br />that are a good match to Paris, Texas. <br />8. Executive Director's Monthly Report. <br />9. Convene into Executive Session: <br />a) Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss or <br />deliberate: 1) Commercial or Financial information that the governmental body <br />has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have <br />locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with <br />which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations, <br />or 2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a local business. <br />(1) J.
