Robert Talley's recommendation: Recommend secure within 14 days, repair <br />within 30. <br />Johnny Norris — Are there services on house? <br />Robert — Did not check. Will do so. Yard was sporadically being mowed, <br />but think City had to mow it recently. <br />Sally McEwin — What happens if we don't hear from them in 30 days? <br />Robert — I can send it back to commission, but would probably send crew <br />over to secure with boards. <br />Johnny Norris — Would owners get billed? <br />Robert — Yes. No creaks in floor, foundation solid. 1 piece of sheetrock <br />missing on stair landing, but does not affect structure. <br />Sally McEwin — Can you report back in 30 days if you've heard from owner? <br />Robert — Yes. <br />Motion was made by Sally McEwin, seconded by Ken Kohls to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 7 -0 <br />4. Code Enforcement update. <br />2 structures demoed: 845 Graham; we did a lot of work to try and get someone to <br />purchase. 644 SE 9th. Rain slowing down crew for demos. <br />5. Discuss and act on information given to the commission. <br />Disregard; not removed from agenda. <br />Charles Richards feels wording of this agenda item is vague; need more detail. <br />Robert Talley agrees. Will be more specific in future. This was left over from last <br />meeting. <br />6. Future agenda items. <br />Robert would like to add a special meeting next Monday @ 3:30 regarding 104 <br />Bonham. Brick veneer on west wall is separating from wall. Have already tried <br />to move this along, but not moving fast enough. Would like to present to <br />commission to help move it along. <br />
