VI. <br />EXHIBIT N <br />ADDITIONS OF PERSONNEL TO PARIS FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />(BEGINNING NOVEMBER, 1997) <br />Civil Service competitive exams were conducted by the City of Paris Civil Service <br />Commission beginning in November, 1997, to fill nine (9) new positions as well as to fill nine (9) <br />separated positions in the Paris Fire Department, or a total of eighteen positions. The nine (9) <br />new positions were added in conjunction with three new fire stations since 1995. There was one <br />(1) additional separated position filled in 1997 before the November 1997 exam, for a total of ten <br />(10) separated positions filled and nineteen (19) total positions filled. The results of the <br />competitive examination process are summarized below.
