Call meeting to Order -gill Drake 4:35 pm <br />2. Citizens Forum: None present <br />3. Approval of minutes of June 14, 2016. Motion was made by Laurie }zedus and seconded by Kandy Hider. The <br />motion carried. <br />4. Election of board Chairs- This was table until the next meeting. <br />5.Con5ideration & Action on BIG Grants. <br />a. Paris bakery- Kit Lindsey and ,Jennifer Long- 1Ze9uest help for replacing windows on North and West side of <br />building. After hearing discussion on the project the board moved to approve a grant for $5000 to Jennifer Long <br />and Kit Lindsey. <br />6.Coordinator report: Cheri Bedford: <br />a. Next Main Street Advisory board meeting August 9, 201 6 will be a refresh session- 4:00 t0 7 pm. Light dinner will <br />be served. We will be working on the work plan. <br />b. Tourism College was attended by becks Semple and myself Working on a capstone project- NE. trail.org. Since <br />the trail isjust 112 mile from the Downtown. Will be using a G15 Interactive Map <br />C. Website (Apdate- parismainstreet.org — working on master plan downtown. <br />J. Farmers Market doing well- has a volunteer that is doing the marketing on Facebook — Like it and share <br />C. Survey -Iast survey was completed in 2005 -with new survey using THS database- mapping system and G15 on the <br />commercial district <br />f. Main Street building owners building were reviewed by the TH5 Architects - Building observed were: Old Kress <br />Building, 10+ bonham, 107, and The Kestroom <br />g. Community }zestroom- Plaque has been installed designating main contributors — soon the signage will be installed for <br />female and male restrooms. <br />
