Call meeting to order -Jill Drake 5:36 pm <br />2. Approval of minutes of July 12, 2016. Motion was made by Glee Emmite and seconded by Phillip <br />Peeples. The motion carried. <br />4. Election of Executive Board Chairs - Following Nominations are: <br />Jill Drake - Chairman <br />Randy Hider - Vice Chairman <br />Secretary - Glee Emmite <br />Motion to elect slate of MSAB Chairs' by Shelley McDowell seconded by Laurie Redus. Motion <br />carried. <br />5. Committee Chair nominations are as follows: <br />Organization — Jill Drake Promotion — Cody Kelley Design/PDA — Glee Emmite <br />Economic Vitality- Laurie Redus <br />Motion was made to accept the Committee Chairs by Phillip Peeples and a second by Randy Hider. <br />Motion Carried. <br />6. Future Agenda Item — Review of Work Plan <br />Motion was made to adjoin by Glee Emmite and seconded by Laurie Redus at 5:45pm .
