EUILDING ABATEMENT <br />7 EMOLITION COMPANY, INC. <br />June 16, 2016 <br />Reference: Historical Restoration of the Old First National Bank of Paris at 104 Bonham <br />Street - Paris, TX. <br />In accordance with your request BAD Company, Inc. is pleased to submit this proposal to <br />furnish labor, equipment and materials for this Historical Restoration project to include <br />complete asbestos abatement, removal and replacement of exterior brick on west wall, the <br />restoration to the remaining structures exterior and roof replacement of the above <br />mentioned project. <br />SCOPE OF WORK: <br />Asbestos Abatement <br />• Removal and proper disposal of asbestos containing materials from all areas of <br />building throughout floors basement through penthouse <br />• Work methods to include full containment, wet methods, PPE, double bag /wrap, <br />label and manifest all ACM waste <br />• Access to interior of building will be restricted until abatement is complete <br />• All power and water must be terminated from the source to allow safe adequate <br />access to all of the ACM materials to include conduits and pipes <br />• Owner must supply power and water source from adjacent owned space <br />• Work will be done in accordance with the asbestos specification provided by <br />Choice Consulting as well as all DSHS and OSHA regulations <br />• Provide pollution liability insurance with $5,000,000 aggregate and $1,000,000 <br />occurrence <br />• Provide only personnel licensed by the Texas Department of Health and trained in <br />accordance with the E.P.A.
