GOVT CODE 417.008. As part of our examination, we <br />learned that certain officials of The City of Paris, Texas were already familiar with the conditions existing on the <br />Property and have already directed you to make certain repairs or improvements. <br />While our inspector did observe a variety of conditions on the Property that need repair, he did not observe <br />any condition warranting further examination or action by the SFMO at this time. It is possible that future repairs or <br />improvements to the Property would involve matters of interest to our office. However, it is our belief that local <br />officials have a proper understanding of the nature of the repairs that need to be undertaken at this time and they <br />have demonstrated to our satisfaction a commitment to make the Property safe.
