We had a very productive meeting last Thursday but the owner does not agree with the plan we developed for moving <br />forward with the repairs. EIKON has terminated it's relationship with the owner and no longer is working with him on <br />this project. However, this is still an important issue and if I can be of assistance please let me know. <br />1 am somewhat at a loss on what to do at this time because as you know we as engineers have a responsibility to the <br />health of the public. But I assume that the proper course of action is to let your Buildings and Standards Commission <br />handle it from now on and I do not need to contact the State Fire Marshall or anything. <br />David K.
