SECTION 16. ACCEPTANCE. <br />In order to accept this Franchise, Company must file with the City Secretary its written <br />acceptance of this Franchise within sixty (60) days after its final passage and approval by City. <br />SECTION 17. FUTURE AMENDMENTS. <br />This Franchise may be amended only by the mutual written agreement of the City and <br />the Company. <br />SECTION 18. FRANCHISE PASSED AT PUBLIC MEETING. <br />It is hereby officially found that the meeting at which this Franchise is passed is open to <br />the public and that due notice of this meeting was posted by City, all as required by law. <br />SECTION 19. REPEAL. <br />This Franchise shall supersede any and all other franchises granted by the City to <br />Company, its predecessors and assigns. <br />SECTION 20.
