Kaufman Street, Paris, Lamar County, Texas on Monday, <br />November 14, 2016, at 5:30p.m., at which time and place they will hear all persons desiring to be <br />heard on or in connection with any matter or questions regarding the adoption of an ordinance to <br />participate in the Texas Enterprise Zone Program and nominate Kimberly -Clark Corporation located <br />at Loop 286 SW & FM 137, Paris, Texas 75460, as an Enterprise Project to the State of Texas Office <br />of the Governor Economic Development & Tourism (EDT) and Enterprise Zone incentives.
