CHISUM INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT BOUNDARIES On Church Street beginning 250 feet north of 7th SW (CR 21100) and continuing south on Church to 608 feet south of CR 21400, a speed limit of (35) thirty -five mile per hour will be effective on school days during the following hours: 7:15 - 8:05 am 2:55pm - 3:45pm On 7th SW (CR 21100) beginning 556 feet south of Loop 286 and continuing south on 7th SW (CR 21100) to 48 feet west of Church Street, a speed limit of (20) twenty miles per hour will be effective on school days during the following hours: 7:15am - 8:05am 2:55pm - 3:45pm TRINITY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY On FM Highway 79 from approximate highway mile point 20.778 to mile point 20.967 effective on school days during the following hours: 7:15 a.m. - 8:05 a.m. 3:55 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Section 2. That Ordinance No. 2009 -010 is hereby repealed and the school zone located at the 300 -400 Block of N.E. 2nd Street is hereby abolished as well as school zones located in the 100 -200 Block of E. Booth and the 300 -400 Block of 3rd NE Streets. Section 3. That all provisions of the ordinances of the City of Paris, Texas in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, and all other provisions of the ordinances of the City of Paris not in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall remain in full force and effect. Section 4. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Paris that this ordinance and every provision hereof shall be considered severable, and the invalidity or partial invalidity of any section, clause, or provisions of this ordinance shall not affect the validity of any other portion of this ordinance. Section 5. That the repeal of any ordinance or part of ordinances affected by the enactment of this ordinance shall not be construed as abandoning any action now pending under or by virtue of such ordinance or as discontinuing, abating, modifying, or altering any penalty accruing or to accrue, or as affecting any rights of the municipality under any section or provisions of any ordinance at the time of passage of this ordinance.
