ORDINANCE NO. 2000-064 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2000-004, WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 3 OF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN FOR LOT 14, CITY BLOCK 259; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 1, 2001. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has previously adopted Ordinance No, 2000-004, adopted February 1, 2000, establishing a Planned Development District- (PD-al) on part of Lot 14, City Block 259, as described in the aforesaid ordinance; and, WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the site plan as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all things approved, Section 2. That Section 3 of Ordinance No, 2000-004 of the City of Paris be, and the same is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows: "Section 3. That the site plan, including the drainage plan, for a part of Lot 14, City Block 259, located in the 2900 block of Loop 286 N,E., attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, approved," Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed, Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective on January 1, 2001.
