<br />ORDINANCE NO. 2000-005 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME ON LOT <br />8, CITY BLOCK 233, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOHN COOMER, SO AS TO <br />INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE- <br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) <br />MOBILE HOME SO EST ABLISHEDj PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED <br />$2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN <br />CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF <br />FEBRUARY 1, 2000. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble of this ordinance are hereby, in all <br />things, approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br />ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) <br />MOBILE HOME be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 233, on <br />property belonging to JOHN COOMER, so as to include in such ONE-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME the hereinafter <br />described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3), and that the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME, <br />be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a portion of Lot No.8, City Block No. 233, a <br />part of the Larkin Rattan Survey to the City of Paris, in Lamar County, Texas, and <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point located 30 feet South of the Northwest corner of <br />said lot and in the East boundary line of 16th Street N.W.; <br />THENCE along the North Line of a 30 foot access easement, East a <br />distance of 97 feet to a point for corner and the POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />THENCE East a distance of 50 feet; <br />THENCE South a distance of 60 feet; <br />THENCE West a distance of 50 feet; <br />THENCE North a distance of 60 feet to the point of BEGINNING, being <br />number 1228 16th Street N.W. <br />
