<br />such ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) the hereinafter described property, <br />which was formerly and is presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that <br />the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3), be, and the same <br />are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Wesley Askins Survey #7, being Lot <br />18, City Block 501, and being a called 2 acre tract of land conveyed V. R. <br />Barksdale by deed recorded in Volume 379, Page 188 of the Lamar County Deed <br />Records, and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at an iron pin (f) for corner at the southeast corner of said 2 <br />acre tract, said point being the northeast corner of a 0.869 acre tract of land <br />conveyed Donald R. Lewis, Jr. by deed recorded in Volume 881, Page 315 of the <br />Lamar County Real Property Records. <br />THENCE along a fence as follows: south 85 deg. 03 min. 53 sec. west a <br />distance of 84.48 feet to the post (t); south 53 deg. ()() min. 24 sec. west a distance <br />of 90.70 feet to a post (f) for corner at the southwest corner of said 2 acre tract and <br />the northwest corner of said 0.869 acre tract, said point being in the east boundary <br />line of a called 27.813 acre tract of land conveyed Donald R. Lewis by deed <br />recorded in Volume 865, Page 333 of the Lamar County Real Property Records; <br />THENCE along an existing fence as follows: north 25 deg. 57 min. 02 sec. <br />west a distance of 51.65 feet to a post (f); north 14 deg. 36 min. 12 sec. west a <br />distance of 114.28 feet to a post (t); north 2 deg. 24 min. 15 sec. west a distance <br />of 368.74 feet to an iron pin (f) for corner at the northwest corner of said 2 acre <br />tract and the northeast corner of said 27.813 acre tract, said point being in the <br />south boundary line of a called 1.241 acre tract of land conveyed Richard M. <br />Margraves by deed recorded in Volume 531 ,Page ISO of the Lamar County Deed <br />Records; <br />THENCE south 84 deg. 34 min. 52 sec. east along a fence a distance of <br />188.60 feet to an iron pin (f) for corner at the northeast corner of said 2 acre tract <br />and the southeast corner of said 1.241 acre tract; <br />THENCE along the west boundary line of Lamar County Road #42450 as <br />follows: south 5 deg. 53 min. 38 sec. east a distance of 193.49 feet to a capped <br />(JMN-4025) iron pin (s); south 3 deg. 34 min. 55 sec. east a distance of 253.83 <br />feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.214 acres of land, being located on <br />Amherst Road (Lamar County Road #42450). <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, <br />directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br />
