Call meeting to order — Richard Manning, Chair <br />2. Citizens' Input <br />(Persons desiring to address the Paris EDC Board must limit their presentation to no more than two <br />minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the <br />Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an <br />existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the Paris <br />EDC, Board Members or employees are not appropriate for citizens' input.) <br />3. Discuss and possibly approve Minutes of the November 15, 2016, Monthly Meeting. <br />4. Discuss and possibly approve October 2016 Financials and November 2016 Financials. <br />5. Discuss and possibly approve funding for the Park Street Project. <br />6. Discuss and possibly approve prorating deliverables in good faith as given by the Incentive <br />Agreement for Daisy Dairy. <br />7. Discuss and gain direction to implement employee benefits at PEDC. <br />8. Executive Director's Monthly Report. <br />9. Convene into Executive Session: <br />a) Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss or <br />deliberate: 1) Commercial or Financial information that the governmental body <br />has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have <br />locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with <br />which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations, <br />or 2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a local business. <br />(1) Prospect Sun Bird <br />(2) Prospect Whittle Stick <br />(3) Prospect Iron Rod <br />(4) Prospect Blue Stem <br />
