Chairman Dux called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m. <br />2. Approval of minutes from the October 12, 2016 meeting. Commissioner Alarid made the <br />motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Commissioner Steely; Motion carried 4 — 0. <br />3. — CONSENT AGENDA - -- <br />Discussion and possible action regarding the following structures considered by code <br />inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures," to <br />determine whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on the <br />National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic Landmark, or as historic <br />property as designated by the City Council of the City of Paris. <br />Code Enforcement Supervisor Robert Talley presented the following houses for <br />demolition: <br />A. <br />1421 W. Cherry <br />B. <br />1990 W. Shiloh <br />C. <br />408 N.E. IOt' <br />D. <br />815 N.E. 7" <br />Commissioner Steely requested all items be pulled from the consent agenda, but then agreed that <br />items B & D should be demolished because they were burned. Commissioner Steely said he wanted <br />
