<br />LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (53) AUTOMOBILE <br />STORAGE FACILITY be, and the same is hereby, established on PART OF LOT 18, CITY <br />BLOCK 324, on property belonging to JERRY PITCOCK, so as to include in such LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (53) AUTOMOBILE STORAGE <br />FACILITY the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated <br />as a LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), and that the boundaries of said LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (53) AUTOMOBILE STORAGE <br />FACILITY, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the B. F. Bourland Survey #70 and <br />John Herrington Survey #436, being part of Lot 18, City Block 324, being number <br />2820 Loop 286 N.W., and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the north boundary line of Loop <br />Highway 286 at the west boundary line of said Herrington Survey, said point being <br />the southwest corner of a 2.46 acre tract of land surveyed for M. S. Kimball; <br />THENCE north a distance of 2,050 feet to a stake for corner at the <br />northwest corner of a 15 acre tract of land conveyed 1. W. Martin by deed of <br />record in Volume 364, Page 278 of the Lamar County Deed Records; <br />THENCE along the south boundary line of F.M. 79 as follows: S 770 E a <br />distance of 200 feet; S 790 E a distance of 211 feet to a stake for corner at the <br />northeast corner of said 15 acre tract of land; <br />THENCE S 0020' W a distance of 1,795 feet to a stake for corner at the <br />southeast corner of said 2.46 acre tract of land; <br />THENCE S 660 30' W along the north boundary line of said Loop 286 a <br />distance of 427 feet to the place of beginning and containing 17.47 acres of land. <br />Being the same property as conveyed to F. Andrew Fasken by deed of record in <br />Volume 640, Page 776 of the Lamar County Deed Records. <br />SAVE AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING TRACT OF LAND: <br />BEGINNING at a stake for corner at the northwest corner of a 15 acre tract <br />of land conveyed 1. W. Martin by deed recorded in Volume 364, Page 278 of the <br />Lamar County Deed Records; <br />THENCE along the south boundary line of F.M. 79 as follows: S 770 E <br />a distance of 200 feet; S 790 a distance of 149.95 feet; <br />THENCE S 00 20' W a distance of 476.05 feet; <br />THENCE west a distance of339.3 feet to the west boundary line ofa 17.47 <br />acre tract of land owned by F. Andrew Fasken; <br />THENCE north a distance of 549.64 feet to the place of beginning. Being <br />the same property as conveyed to Sherryl Smith et al by deed of record in Volume <br />245, Page 140, Lamar County Real Property Records. <br />Said property described herein being number 2820 Loop 286 N.W. <br /> <br />Section 3.
