<br />DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, <br />and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the George W. Cox Survey and being <br />a part of the tract of land conveyed J. T. Hill and wife, Eva Merle Hill by L. Z. <br />Jack and wife, Aileen Jack on August 24, 1945 as recorded in Volume 284, Page <br />413-414 of the Deed Records of said County and State and also being Lot 28, City <br />Block 222-A, and being more further particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the south boundary line of E. <br />Price Street said point being 13 feet south of the northeast corner of the lot <br />conveyed L. Z. Jack by Mrs. J. W. McKnight et al as recorded in Volume 233, <br />Page 582 ofthe Deed Records of said County and State and being further described <br />as follows: <br />THENCE North 89 degrees 29 minutes West a distance of 52 feet to an iron <br />pin for corner; <br />THENCE South 2 degrees 16.5 minutes West a distance of 151.1 feet to an <br />iron pin for corner; <br />THENCE South 89 degrees 29 minutes East a distance of 58.0 feet to an <br />iron pin for corner; <br />THENCE North a distance of 151 feet to the place of beginning and <br />containing 0.191 acre of land, more or less, being number 2140 E. Price Street. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, <br />directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />ofa Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum nol!o exceed $2,000.00, and <br />each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall <br />constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6.
