JOHNSON, so as to include in such ONE-FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME <br />the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE- <br />F AMIL Y DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said ONE-F AMIL Y <br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME, <br />be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the William Driggers Survey, Abstract <br />No. 281, being Lot 2, City Block 327, and being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake in the south boundary line of a 12.5 acre tract of <br />land, at a point 35 yards west of its southeast corner, same being the east half ('h) <br />of a 25 acre tract conveyed by R. E. 1. Jackson et al. to J. M. Crow, this point <br />being the southwest corner of a one-acre tract of land conveyed by J. M. Crow et <br />ux to Mathis Minor; <br />THENCE West with said south boundary line a distance of 35 yards; <br />THENCE North a distance of 140 yards; <br />THENCE East a distance of 35 yards; <br />THENCE South a distance of 140 yards to the place of beginning, <br />containing one (1) acre of land, and being the same property described in deed to <br />Sammie Lee Parker and wife, Vivian Louise Minor Parker, recorded in Volume <br />547, Page 754, Lamar County Deed Records; reference being made to all the <br />above mentioned instruments and records for all necessary purposes, being number <br />3440 W. Campbell Street. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, <br />directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and <br />each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall <br />constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6.
