Garrett, et ai, <br />by deed recorded in Volume 536, Page 84, of the Deed Records of said County <br />and State; <br />THENCE along the north boundary line of tract 2 as follows: North 890 <br />57' 30" East a distance of 29.81 feet to an iron pin (f) at the southeast corner of <br />said Garrett lot and the southwest corner of a called 6.34 acre tract of land <br />conveyed to East Paris Baptist Church by deed recorded in Volume 203, Page 20, <br />of said Real Property Records; South 890 29' 09" East a distance of 451.97 feet <br />to a capped (JMN-4025) iron pin (s) for corner at the southeast corner of said 6.34 <br />acre tract; <br />THENCE along the westerly boundary line of N. Collegiate Drive as <br />follows: South 410 22' 33n West a distance of 188.65 feet to a capped (JMN- <br />4025) iron pin (s); Southerly around a curve (R = 999.90'; C = South 240 51' 44 n <br />West 557.58 ft.) to the left a distance of 565.07 feet to a capped (JMN-4025) iron <br />pin (s) for corner; <br />THENCE North 880 31' 53" West along the north boundary line of E. <br />Cherry Street a distance of 124.92 feet to an iron pin (f) for corner at the southwest <br />corner of said tract 2 and the southeast corner of said Powell lot; <br />THENCE North 00 11' 50' East a distance of 648.31 feet to the place of <br />beginning and containing 3.8450 acres ofland, or 167,487.58 sq. ft. ofland, being <br />located in the 500 Block of N. Collegiate Drive. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, <br />directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />ofa Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and <br />each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall <br />constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br />
