<br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being 6.118 acres of land, a part of the Joseph Leach
<br />Survey, Abstract No, 524, also being a part of a called 89,746 acre tract of land
<br />conveyed to Benton Rainey on June 24, 1998, recorded in Volume 844, Page 254,
<br />Real Property Reeords of said County and a part of a called 1.881 acre tract of
<br />land conveyed to Benton Rainey on June 24, 1998, recorded in Volume 844, Page
<br />238, Real Property Records of said County, The said 5,894 acres of land being
<br />more particularly described in metes and bounds as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a found 100D nail at the southeast corner of the said
<br />89,746 acre tract of land, said beginning point also being the southeast corner of
<br />the said 6,118 acre tract of land;
<br />THENCE N 86 Deg. 16 Min. 58 See, W, along the south boundary line of
<br />the said 6,118 acre tract of land and a north boundary line of a called 5 acre tract
<br />of land conveyed to John A. Long and wife, Allene Long, on March 14, 1980,
<br />recorded in Volume 623, Page 447 of the Deed Reeords of said County, a distance
<br />of 345.95 feet to a found concrete monument in the north right-of-way line of
<br />F,M, Highway 1507;
<br />THENCE N 83 Deg. 57 Min, 16 Sec. W, along the south boundary line of
<br />the said 6,118 acre tract of land and the north right-of-way line of said highway,
<br />passing a found iron rod at 732,35 feet, continuing in all a distance of 766.00 feet
<br />to a set iron rod at the southwest corner of the said 6.118 acre tract of land;
<br />THENCE N 6 Deg. 02 Min. 44 See, E, with the west boundary line of the
<br />said 6,118 acre tract of land, a distance of 243,35 feet to a set iron rod at the
<br />northwest corner of the said 6,118 acre tract of land;
<br />THENCE S 83 Deg, 57 Min, 16 See, E, along the north boundary line of
<br />the said 6.118 acre tract of land, a distance of 1097.79 feet to a set iron rod at the
<br />northeast corner of the said 6.118 acre tract of land, said corner also being in the
<br />East boundary line of the said 89.746 acre tract of land;
<br />THENCE S 2 Deg, 35 Min, 01 See, W, with the east boundary line of the
<br />said 6,118 acre tract of land, a distance of 229,71 feet to the place of beginning,
<br />containing 6,118 acres of land, being located in the 3400 Block of Jefferson Road,
<br />
<br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby,
<br />directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of
<br />Ordinance No, 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
<br />provisions of this ordinance,
<br />
<br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty
<br />of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000,00, and
<br />each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall
<br />constitute and be deemed a separate offense,
<br />
<br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
<br />expressly repealed.
