D. Lafoy and wife, Freda <br />May lafoy, by deed recorded in Volume 426, Page 326 of the Lamar County <br />Deed Records; also including Tracts One and Two conveyed to 1. D. LaFoy by <br />deed recorded in Volume 445, Page 005, Lamar County Real Property Records, <br />and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a metal post found in the south boundary line of Clarksville <br />Street at the northwest corner of said Tract One and the northeast corner of a tract <br />of land conveyed to Golden Acres, Inc., by deed recorded in Volume 635, Page <br />201, of the Lamar County Real Property Records; <br />THENCE North 78047'48" East with said south boundary line a distance <br />of 142,35 feet to an iron pin set at the most westerly corner of said Tract Two; <br />THENCE North 77005' 46" East, continuing with said south boundary line, <br />a distance of 63,73 feet to an iron pin set at the northeast corner of Tract Two and <br />the present northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Springlake Baptist <br />Church by deed recorded in Volume 585, Page 818, of the Lamar County Deed <br />Records; <br />THENCE South 00001 '41" West with the east boundary line of Tract Two, <br />the east boundary line of Tract One, the east boundary line of Lot 10, and the West <br />boundary line of said Springlake tract a distance of 255,26 feet to a metal post <br />found at the southeast corner of Lot 10 and the most easterly northeast corner of <br />the above-referenced Golden Acres tract; <br />THENCE North 89025'24" West with the south boundary line of Lot 10 <br />and the north boundary line of the Golden Acres tract a distance of 199.35 feet to <br />a metal post found at the southwest corner of Lot 10 and an inside corner of the <br />Golden Acres tract; <br />THENCE North 00037'20" West with the west boundary line of Lot 10, <br />the west boundary line of Tract One, and the east boundary line of the Golden <br />Acres tract a distance of211,37 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.072 <br />acres of land, being number 3420 Clarksville Street. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the zoning herein granted is conditioned upon the submission of a Site <br />Plan in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No, 1710, which after full compliance with <br />the procedure established in Section 21 of said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City <br />Council prior to the issuance of any building permits, <br /> <br />Section 4.
