<br />'''The above table of fees shall apply in the event that application for
<br />permit is made prior to the beginning of any plumbing work requiring
<br />a permit. In the event any plumbing work requiring a permit is
<br />commenced without having procured a permit, as provided herein,
<br />then there shall be a fee, in addition to the above table of fees, of
<br />twenty dollars ($20,00) per day for each day delayed in procuring said
<br />permit. The payment of such additional fee shall not be a bar to
<br />prosecution for violation of Section 110, Violations and Penalties, of
<br />the Plumbing Code as adopted by Sec, 25-16 and amended by Sec,
<br />25-17 of the Code of Ordinances, '"

<br />Section 3. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty
<br />of a Misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each
<br />and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated section shall constitute and
<br />be deemed a separate offense.
<br />
<br />Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
<br />expressly repealed,
<br />
<br />Section 5. That this ordinance shall become effective on December 1,2000,
