Mr. <br />Banks stated that he believes that the city has ordinance for reasons and the he <br />hopes the board denies the application. Mr. Banks further stated that the Lamar <br />Avenue Church of Christ has no hardship to approve the variance request to install <br />a billboard. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Louise Hagood, seconded by Jerry Haning to deny the variance <br />request.
