Klinkerman by said deed; South <br />86 "20'2T' West (reference bearing) along the South Boundary Line of said Klinkerman 5.11 acre tract a <br />distance of 351.74 feet to a 3/8" spike nail (s) for corner, <br />Thence South 0 °00'04" West a distance of 212.77 feet to a 3/8' spike nail (s) for comer; <br />Thence South 86 °07'38" East a distance of 663.18 feet to a 318" spike nail (s) for corner; <br />Thence in a Northeasterly direction around a curve (R= 909.34' C=North 20 °42'24" East 259.13') to the <br />right a distance of 260.02 feet to the place of beginning and containing 4.000 acres of land. <br />I, J.M.
