CITY Couwm AGENDA — EMERGENCY MEETING <br />Notice is hereby given pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.045 that the City <br />Council of the City of Paris shall hold an Emergency Meeting necessitated by an imminent <br />threat to public health or safety posed by the dangerous condition of the structure located at <br />104 Bonham St., Paris, Texas (the "First National Bank Building "). Said Emergency <br />Meeting will occur at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 and will be held at the <br />City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. The matters to be discussed <br />and acted upon are as follows: <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />2. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas <br />Government Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive legal advice from the <br />City Attorney about pending or contemplated litigation and/or on matters in <br />which the duty of an attorney to her client under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of <br />Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflict with this chapter <br />as follows: First National Bank Building, 104 Bonham St. <br />3. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on those matters discussed <br />in Executive Session. <br />4.
