The meeting was called to order 4:00 P.M by Commissioner Dux <br />2. A motion was made to approve the minutes of the November 9, 2016 meeting by Commissioner <br />Alarid, seconded by Commissioner Steely, motion carried 7 -0 <br />3. Consent Agenda items: <br />Discussion and possible action regarding the following structures considered by code <br />inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures," to <br />determine whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on the <br />National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic Landmark, or as historic <br />property as designated by the City Council of the City of Paris. <br />Commissioner Steely asked to pull item 3B 408 N.E. 10th from the consent agenda <br />for future discussion. <br />A motion was by Commissioner Alarid made to send Item 3A -1420 W. Cherry to the <br />Buildings and Standards Commission since it cannot be rehabilitated or designated on <br />the National Register of Historic places, recorded as a Texas Historic Landmark, or as <br />a property designated by the City Council of the City of Paris. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Barbee, motion carried 7 -0 <br />Chairman Dux requested discussion on item 3B be moved to the end of the agenda <br />
