17. Section 504 Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. The Contractor agrees that no otherwise qualified <br />individual with disabilities shall, solely by reason of his/her disability, be denied the benefits of, or be <br />subjected to discrimination, including discrimination in employment, under any program or activity <br />receiving federal financial assistance. <br />18. Age Discrimination Act of 1975. The Contractor shall comply with the Age Discrimination Act of <br />1975 which provides that no person in the United States shall on the basis of age be excluded from <br />participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or <br />activity receiving federal financial assistance. <br />
