<br />distance of 150 feet west of the west right-of-way line of County <br />Road 12120; <br />THENCE southerly, parallel to and 150 feet west of the west <br />right-of-way line of County Road 12120, to a point in the north <br />right-of-way line of the former Missouri-Pacific Railroad, said point <br />being 150 feet west of the west right-of-way line of County Road <br />12120; <br />THENCE southwesterly along the north right-of-way line of <br />the former Missouri-Pacific Railroad a distance of 2,161 feet, more <br />or less, to the southwest corner of said Frank: T. Keys tract; <br />THENCE North along the west boundary line of said Frank: <br />T. Keys tract a distance of 1,980 feet, more or less, to the point of <br />beginning, containing 59.261 acres, more or less, the property <br />described herein being a part of a 60.45 acre tract of land conveyed <br />Frank T. Keys and wife, Florence Keys, by deed recorded in <br />Volume 389, Page 160, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas. <br /> <br />TRACT 5 <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point in the existing Paris City Limit Line <br />as described in Ordinance No. 97-059 and the existing Reno City <br />Limit Line, said point being located in the north right-of-way Line <br />of the former Missouri-Pacific Railroad and being a distance of 150 <br />feet west of the west right-of-way line County Road 12120 (Key <br />West or 13th Street S.W. in Reno); <br />THENCE Southwesterly along the north right-of-way line <br />of the former Missouri-Pacific Railroad a distance of 823.72 feet, <br />more or less, to a point in the north right-of-way line of said <br />Railroad which is a distance of 50 feet, more or less, from a point, <br />said point being the intersection of the northwest corner of a 9.821 <br />acre tract of land owned by Pat Mayse Bassano and the northeast <br />corner of a 5 acre tract of land conveyed Mike Bass and wife, Judy <br />Bass, by deed recorded in Volume 346, Page 324, Real Property <br />Records, Lamar County, Texas; <br />THENCE south 50 feet to the intersection of the northwest <br />corner of said Bassano tract and the northeast corner of said Bass <br />tract; <br />THENCE south along the west boundary line of said <br />Bassano tract and the east boundary line of said Bass tract a distance <br />of 550 feet, more or less, to a point in the north right-of-way line <br />of County Road 12100 (Old Clarksville Road), said point being the <br />southwest corner of said Bassano tract and the southeast corner of <br />said Bass tract, and continuing south across Old Clarksville Road to <br />a point in the north boundary line of a 5.02 acre tract of land <br /> <br />-5- <br />
