ORDINANCE NO. 99-061 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 5, CITY BWCK 318, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MONTE MOORE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 1, 1999. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 318, on property belonging to MONTE MOORE, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey and a part of a 13.247 acre tract conveyed to Monte Moore by deed recorded in Volume 830, Page 1, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, and all of a 4.00 acre tract conveyed to John W. Miles by deed recorded in Volume 291, Page 158, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point for corner, being the Northwest corner of said 13.247 acre tract; THENCE South 890 24' 25" East a distance of 98.39 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 880 38' 45" East a distance of 446.93 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 10 37' 50" West a distance of 119.77 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 870 19' 10" East a distance of 60.39 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 10 23' 30" West a distance of 671.09 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 880 19' 15" East a distance of 120.0 feet to a point for corner;
