<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING
<br />DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME ON LOT 9,
<br />BLOCK 9, GIBBONS-BRADEN ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOHNNIE
<br />HORTON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS
<br />A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF
<br />THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39)
<br />MOBILE HOME SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED
<br />$2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
<br />CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER
<br />1, 1999.

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br />ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE
<br />HOME be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 9, BLOCK 9, GIBBONS-BRADEN
<br />ADDITION, on property belonging to JOHNNIE HORTON, so as to include in such ONE-
<br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME
<br />the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO-
<br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY
<br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME, be, and
<br />the same are hereby, established as follows:

<br />SITU A TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, being Lot 9,
<br />Block 9, of the Gibbons-Braden Addition, according to map or plat of such
<br />Addition recorded in Volume 1, Page 19, Plat Records, Lamar County, Texas, to
<br />which reference is made for a complete description and all other necessary
<br />purposes; being the same property conveyed by I. N. Burchina1 and wife, MabIe
<br />Burchinal, to H. B. Jones and wife, Betty Jane Jones, on February 25, 1969, by
<br />deed recorded in V olume 487, Page 480, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas,
<br />and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a stake in the Southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 9,
<br />Gibbons-Braden Addition;
<br />THENCE East a distance of 125 feet to a stake for corner in the Southeast
<br />corner of said tract;
<br />THENCE North a distance of 50 feet to a stake for corner in the Northeast
<br />corner of said tract;
