ORDINANCE NO. 99-006 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISIDNG A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF -3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME ON LOT 8, BLOCK 1, CLEMENT FEW ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO OPAL HENRY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF-3); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH 1, 1999. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 8, BLOCK 1, CLEMENT FEW ADDITION, on property belonging to OPAL HENRY, so as to include in such ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3), and that the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.3 (SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, being Lot 8, Block 1, of the Clement Few Addition to the City of Paris as recorded in Book 1, Page 86 of the Lamar County Plat Records, and being part of the property described in deed from Vernon Winn et al to Hubert Cunningham et ai, recorded in Volume 319, Page 438, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, being number 1235 18th Street N.W. Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
