ORDINANCE NO. 99-013 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF-2) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DA YCARE ON LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 257-B, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GLEN WATSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DA YCARE SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 1, 1999. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOLlDAYCARE be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 257-B, on property belonging to GLEN WATSON, so as to include in such ONE- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOLlDA YCARE the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOLlDA YCARE, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Hiram Williams Survey, being Lot 1, City Block 257- B, being part of property described in deed from J. D. Watson and wife, Marie Watson to Glenn D. Watson and wife, Linda A. Watson, dated June 30, 1992, and recorded in Volume 295, Page 25, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake in the Southwest comer of Lot 1, City Block 257-B; THENCE East a distance of 120 feet to a stake for comer in the Southeast corner of said tract; THENCE North a distance of 145 feet to a stake for corner in the Northeast corner of said tract; THENCE West a distance of 120 feet to a stake for comer in the Northwest corner of said tract; THENCE South a distance of 145 feet to the place of beginning, being number 2504 E. Cherry Street.
