ORDINANCE NO. 99-014 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DAY CARE ON LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 143, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO WILLIAM M. WHITE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF-l); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DAY CARE SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 1, 1999. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-1) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DA Y CARE be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 143, on property belonging to WILLIAM M. WHITE, so as to include in such MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DAY CARE the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l), and that the boundaries of said MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-1) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DAY CARE, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUA TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey in City Block 143, being the same property described in deed from Barbara Jean White and Helen Burt to William M. White and wife, Carolyn A. White, recorded in Volume 676, Page 515, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake in the West Boundary Line of 6th Street S.B. and the Northeast Boundary Line of Sherman Street with beginning point one foot Northwest of the inner intersection of the concrete sidewalk at the intersection of 6th Street S.E. and Sherman Street; THENCE North with said West Boundary Line of 6th Street S.E., the same being a line parallel with concrete sidewalk fronting on 6th Street S.E., a distance of 83 feet to a stake;
