<br />ORDINANCE NO. 99-015 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DA YCARE ON <br />LOT 26, CITY BLOCK 70-B, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BRENDA FEARN, SO <br />AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO- <br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br />TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) <br />NURSERY SCHOOL/DAYCARE SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY <br />NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF <br />ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE OF APRIL 1, 1999. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br />TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY <br />SCHOOL/DA YCARE be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 26, CITY BLOCK 70-B, <br />on property belonging to BRENDA FEARN, so as to include in such TWO-FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY <br />SCHOOL/DA YCARE the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently <br />designated as a TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said <br />TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY <br />SCHOOL/DA YCARE, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUA TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being Lot 26, City Block 70-B, being the same <br />property described in deed from First Federal Savings and Loan Association of <br />Paris to Brenda Fearn, recorded in Volume 773, Page 229, Real Property Records, <br />Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake in the Southwest comer of Lot 26, City Block 70-B; <br />THENCE East a distance of 120 feet to a stake for corner in the Southeast <br />corner of said tract; <br />THENCE North a distance of 60 feet to a stake for corner in the Northeast <br />corner of said Tract; <br />THENCE West a distance ofl20 feet to a stake for corner in the Northwest <br />corner of said tract; <br />THENCE South a distance of 60 feet to the place of beginning, being <br />number 641 17th Street N.E. <br />
