ORDINANCE NO. 99-015 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DA YCARE ON LOT 26, CITY BLOCK 70-B, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BRENDA FEARN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DAYCARE SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 1, 1999. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DA YCARE be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 26, CITY BLOCK 70-B, on property belonging to BRENDA FEARN, so as to include in such TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DA YCARE the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (25) NURSERY SCHOOL/DA YCARE, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUA TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being Lot 26, City Block 70-B, being the same property described in deed from First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Paris to Brenda Fearn, recorded in Volume 773, Page 229, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake in the Southwest comer of Lot 26, City Block 70-B; THENCE East a distance of 120 feet to a stake for corner in the Southeast corner of said tract; THENCE North a distance of 60 feet to a stake for corner in the Northeast corner of said Tract; THENCE West a distance ofl20 feet to a stake for corner in the Northwest corner of said tract; THENCE South a distance of 60 feet to the place of beginning, being number 641 17th Street N.E.
