ORDINANCE NO. 99-016 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A SINGLE-F AMIL Y DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) ON PART OF LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 318, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MONTE MOORE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) SO EST ABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 1,1999. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) be, and the same is hereby, established on PART OF LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 318, on property belonging to MONTE MOORE, so as to include in such SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said SINGLE-F AMIL Y DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF-2), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUA TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, Abstract No. 524, being a part of the 13.247 acres tract of land conveyed to Monte Moore by deed recorded in Volume 830, Page 1, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point for comer in the Southerly Southwest comer of said Moore tract; THENCE North 4 Deg. 32 Min. 10 Sec. East a distance of 250 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 88 Deg. 19 Min. 15 Sec. East a distance of 242.48 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 1 Deg. 23 Min. 30 Sec. West a distance of 199.69 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 88 Deg. 19 Min. 15 Sec. East a distance of 120 feet to a point for corner in the West Boundary Line of 34th Street N.E.; THENCE South 1 Deg. 23 Min. 30 Sec. West along said street a distance of 30 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 88 Deg. 19 Min. 15 Sec. West a distance of 120 feet to a point for corner;
