PEDC Board Meeting Minutes <br />December 8, 2016 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />benefit Aequs and Potters, but Powder Innovations uses this road and in the future it will connect to the <br />NW Business Park. This is a definite benefit to the PEDC both now and in the future. City Attorney, <br />Stephanie Harris, spoke up to let the Board know that they should vote on the action item at hand, which is <br />approving the bid. Any discussions about the PEDC assuming the total cost of the project should be an <br />agenda item for the December 20, 2016, meeting. Mr. Hughes made a motion to approve the bid from <br />Wheeler Construction. Mr. Wilson seconded the motion. Vote was 4 -ayes to 0 -nays. <br />Adiourn <br />Mr. Wilson made a motion to adjourn.
