East with the South Boundary Line of <br />said School District tract a distance of 1,350 feet to a post for corner; <br />THENCE North 23 Deg. 45 Min. East a distance of 290 feet to a post for <br />corner; <br />THENCE South 59 Deg. 30 Min. East with the South Boundary Line of <br />said School District tract a distance of 611 feet to a post for corner in the West <br />Boundary Line of Stillhouse Road, said point being the Northeast corner of said <br />Ellis tract of land and the Southeast corner of said School District tract of land; <br />THENCE along the West Boundary Line of said Road as follows: South 35 <br />Deg. West a distance of 595 feet to a post; South 36 Deg. 15 Min. West a distance <br />of 354 feet to the place of beginning, containing 28.06 acres of land. Being the <br />same property conveyed the Board of Trustees of the Powderly-Reno Independent <br />School District. <br />
