<br />THENCE in an Easterly direction with the North Boundary Line of said <br />tract of land described in deed from Fox to K.R.S.S. Corporation to the Northwest <br />corner of tract described in deed from M. S. Kimbell, et ai, to McCuistion <br />Hospital, recorded in Volume 428, Page 432, Deed Records, Lamar County, <br />Texas; <br />THENCE South a distance of 60 feet, a stake in the East Boundary Line of <br />said tract described in deed from Kimbell, et ai, to Hospital; <br />THENCE in a Westerly direction parallel with the North Boundary Line of <br />said tract described in deed from J. O. Fox, et ux, to K.R.S.S. Corporation, a stake <br />in the East Boundary Line of U.S. Highway 271; <br />THENCE North a distance of 60 feet with the East Boundary Line of U.S. <br />Highway 271 to the place of beginning. <br /> <br />Tract 5 <br /> <br />Situated about 2 miles North 20 Deg. East of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, being the same <br />tract ofland as conveyed to Homer C. Ellis by deed recorded in Volume 286, Page <br />82, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a post for comer in the West Boundary Line of Stillhouse <br />Road, said point being the Southeast corner of said Ellis tract of land, said point <br />also being the Northeast corner of a 48.966 acre tract of land conveyed to the L. <br />P. McCuistion Community Hospital; <br />THENCE North 58 Deg. 50 Min. West a distance of 1,527 feet to a post <br />for comer at the Southwest comer of said Ellis tract of land, said point being in the <br />North Boundary Line of said Hospital tract of land; <br />THENCE North a distance of 614 feet to a stake for comer at the Northwest <br />corner of said Ellis tract of land, said point being the Southwest corner of a 26.40 <br />acre tract of land owned by the Board of Trustees of the Powderly-Reno <br />Independent School District; <br />THENCE South 64 Deg. 15 Min. East with the South Boundary Line of <br />said School District tract a distance of 1,350 feet to a post for corner; <br />THENCE North 23 Deg. 45 Min. East a distance of 290 feet to a post for <br />corner; <br />THENCE South 59 Deg. 30 Min. East with the South Boundary Line of <br />said School District tract a distance of 611 feet to a post for corner in the West <br />Boundary Line of Stillhouse Road, said point being the Northeast corner of said <br />Ellis tract of land and the Southeast corner of said School District tract of land; <br />THENCE along the West Boundary Line of said Road as follows: South 35 <br />Deg. West a distance of 595 feet to a post; South 36 Deg. 15 Min. West a distance <br />of 354 feet to the place of beginning, containing 28.06 acres of land. Being the <br />same property conveyed the Board of Trustees of the Powderly-Reno Independent <br />School District. <br />
