<br />distance of 290 feet, more or less, its Northeast corner, this being also the <br />Southeast corner of a lot conveyed by A. P. Dohoney et al to W. F. Moore on <br />September 5, 1916, by deed of record in Volume 164, Page 69, Lamar County <br />Deed Records; continuing North with the East Boundary Line of said <br />Dohoney/Moore 10t a distance of 61 feet, more or less, a stake at its Northeast <br />corner in the South Boundary Line of Cherry Street; <br />THENCE in a Westerly direction with the South Boundary Line of Cherry <br />Street a distance of 90 feet, more or less, a stake in the South Boundary Line of <br />Cherry Street at the Northwest corner of the Dohoney/Moore lot; <br />THENCE South with its West Boundary Line a distance of 70 feet, more <br />or less, its Southwest corner at the Northwest corner of the above mentioned <br />Baker/Moore lot, and continuing South with the latter's West Boundary Line a <br />distance of 290 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning, and being the same <br />property described in deed to Mary Moore Searight dated June 1, 1987, of record <br />in Volume 712, Page 672, Lamar County Deed Records; reference being made to <br />all the above mentioned instruments and records for all necessary purposes, and <br />being number 711 Pine Bluff. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, <br />directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of <br />a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and <br />each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall <br />constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly <br />repealed. <br /> <br />Section 5.
