<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />The property located at 711 Pine Bluff Street, Paris, Lamar County, Texas and known as the <br />Mary Moore Searight House shall be operated as the Children's Advocacy Center, Inc. of Paris. If <br />the Children's Advocacy Center should ever cease occupancy of the Mary Moore Searight House, <br />the Board of Directors of the center shall petition the Planing and Zoning Commission of the City <br />of Paris to change the zoning from Neighborhood Service (NS) to One Family Dwelling (SF2). <br /> <br />The property included in Ordinance No. <br />following: <br /> <br />shall include at the minimum the <br /> <br />1.) <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />A privacy fence along the western property line contiguous to the eastern <br />property line of the next door neighbor at 665 Pine Bluff Street, which shall <br />be 6 feet in height for 93 feet and 8 feet in height for <br />47 feet; beginning:1 feet perpendicularly from the <br />southwest corner of the house; <br /> <br />b. A privacy fence along the eastern property line contiguous to the western <br />property line of the next door neighhor at 739 Pine Bluff Street which shall <br />he 6 feet in height heginning _?O' 611 feet perpendicularly from the <br />southeast corner of the hOllse; <br /> <br />c. The fence along the eastern property line shall extend at least as far as the <br />northwest corner of the property line of the neighbor at 339 NE 8th Street; <br /> <br />d. A gated fence running east and west thr,)ugh the property; <br /> <br />2.) A parking lot to be located to the Northeast of the house and to be constructed in <br />such a way and using materials which will minimize damage to existing trees; <br />j <br />I <br />3.) Any sign placed on the property shall be limited in size and abpearance so as to be <br />unobtrusive and fit in with the character of a residential home; <br /> <br />4.) Exterior lighting shall be placed in such a way as to offer no intrusion on neighboring <br />property; <br /> <br />5.) Any outdoor play area for the children shall be placed and presented in such a way <br />as to not to constitute an attractive nuisance; and <br /> <br />6.) Any changes or additions made to the outside of the house shall be done so as to not <br />detract from the appearance of the house or to interfere with any future designations of the house <br />as a historical district. <br />
