Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Whitehouse Properties to <br />grant a variance of Zoning Ordinance 1710, (a) Section 9 -500 which provides that the <br />,,minimum front yard in a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) be no less than 25 feet" and <br />(b) Section 9- 602(5) which provides that "a corner lot used for one family or two-family <br />dwellings both street exposures shall be treated as front yards on all lots platted after the <br />effective date of this ordinance " to allow a minimum side yard of 15.8 feet, which is a 9.2 <br />foot variance, on Lot 15, City Block 255 -A, being number 262 25`y' Street N.E. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />A.
