Kaufman St. <br />Paris Texas <br />Absent: <br />Matt Coyle <br />Cleonne Drake <br />Meeting called to order by Britin Bostick at 4:24 p.m. <br />Consideration and action on the Paris Main Street BIG grant application. <br />All board members had reviewed the progress of all applications and the timeline of <br />information requests provided by Cheri Bedford. The only complete applicant for the <br />initial quarter was from: <br />A. Dr. Colton Wickes, Owner of property located at 15 E. Plaza. Business: Paris <br />Optical Eye Care- <br />The commitment to improve this building in both interior and exterior aspects has <br />been discussed in previous board meeting <br />Jill Drake asked about the cost discrepancies in the packet paperwork. Britin Bostick <br />went over the numbers and said the cost was consistent with the HPC paperwork <br />they had filed. <br />The board considered the presumed annual amount of the grant and what monies <br />may be expected in the future. <br />Wine fest, approx. $8000 <br />Movies in the park, historically $3500 <br />
