Paris Public Library Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 19, 2013 <br />Opening: <br />The regular meeting of the Paris Public Library Advisory Board was called to order at 4:05 p.m. <br />Present: <br />Pat Books, Connie Dodd, Fran Neeley, Ann Norment, Linda Vandiver, Alice Woodard and director <br />Priscilla McAnally were present. Absent was Judith Kimbrough. <br />I. Approval of Minutes <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as presented. <br />II. New Business: <br />Fee increases on lamination and ear buds were approved. <br />The resignation of Judith Kimbrough was read and accepted. <br />III. Old Business <br />Overdrive is now on the library web page and available for patrons to download <br />eBooks and audios. <br />IV. Presentations <br />A. Budget Report: <br />No unusual expenditures <br />B. Statistical Report: <br />Circulation and visits were up by 6% in January. <br />V. Friends of the Library <br />No report <br />VI. Director's Remarks: <br />The director will be attending the Public Library Association Conference in <br />Indianapolis March 11 -16. <br />The next meeting will be March 26. <br />Adjournment: <br />Meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m. <br />IPT <br />Priscilla McAnally <br />
