Smokehouse. We think this is a unique store because we plan on having a Convenience Store, Car Wash, a Which Wich and a Denny's restaurant. We are seeking your approval for fuel pumps which is part of being a fuel distributor. B. No one spoke in opposition. Public hearing was declared closed. Motion was made by Holland Harper, seconded by James Prices to approve the petition. Motion carried 6 -0. 4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Barney Bray III for a change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Multi - Family Dwelling District No. I (MV-1) on Lot 7, City Block 258, being located in the 400 Block of 25`h Street N.E. Public hearing was declared open. A. The following individual spoke in favor of the petition. Barney Bray III, 3230 Mahaffey Paris, Texas, represented the property owner; spoke in favor of the petition. Barney Bray III stated he has developed duplexes on the 400 block of 25th Street N.E. and he was not aware that one of the lots was zoned One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) instead of Multi- Family Dwelling District No. 1 (MF -1). Mr. Bray further stated that he was seeking approval to change the zoning from One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to Multi- Family Dwelling District No. I (MF -1)., to be able to continue to building duplexes on this lot. B. No one spoke in opposition. Public hearing was declared closed. Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by Holland Harper to approve the petition. Motion carried 6 -0. 5. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Rodney Pollard for a change in zoning from a Single- Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) to a Two Family Dwelling District (2F) on Lot 41, City Block B of the Windsor Estates Subdivision, being located in the 3700 Block of Castlegate Drive. Public hearing was declared open. A. No one spoke in favor of the petition. B. No one spoke in opposition.
