Discussion regarding the planning and zoning program for the proposed Lake Crook <br />Planned Development District. <br />Alan Efrussy, Planning Manager, asked the Planning and Zoning Commission if they had <br />any questions about the proposed Lake Crook Planned Development District, he would be <br />more than willing to answer them. The Planning and Zoning Commission had no <br />questions. <br />James Price left at 6:06 p.m. <br />13. Discussion regarding start times and duration for the proposed second meeting of the <br />month. <br />Shawn Napier stated he looked at the board and commission meeting calendar and the third <br />Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. would work as an as- needed basis. <br />14.
