MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PARIS - CITY HALL <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />107 E. KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />MONDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2013 <br />5:30 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />1. The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, October 7, <br />2013, was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Holland Harper, Chairman. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />John Lee <br />James Price <br />Mike Folmar <br />Holland Harper <br />Jerry Akers <br />Keith Flowers <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />Benny Plata <br />C. Also present were Shawn Napier, Director of Engineering, Planning and <br />Development; Alan Efrussy, Planning Manager; Sue Lancaster, Council Liaison; <br />and Ashley Fendley, Secretary for the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (September 10, 2013) <br />Motion was made by Mike Folmar, seconded by John Lee to approve the meeting minutes <br />for September 10, 2013. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />James Price arrived at 5:38p.m. <br />3. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition for Heritage Ridge <br />Investments for a change in zoning from a Commercial District (C) to a Commercial <br />District (C) with a Specific Use Permit (49) auto fuel sales on north part of Lot 1, City <br />Block 329, being located at 3905 and 3965 Bonham Street. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />A. No one spoke in favor of the petition. <br />
