Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by John Lee and James Price to approve the <br />petition. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition for Mike and Stephanie <br />Hall for a change in zoning from a Heavy Industrial District (HI) and Commercial District <br />(C) to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) on Lots 3 and 4 of City Block 154. <br />And a change in zoning from Heavy Industrial District (HI) to Light Industrial District (LI) <br />on Lot 2, City Block 154, all lots being located in the 600 to 1000 Block of West <br />Washington Street. <br />Shawn Napier stated the property owner has tabled the zoning change petition. <br />5. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition for Paris Economic <br />Development Corporation for a change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District <br />No. 2 (SF -2) to a Light Industrial District (LI) on Lots 12 & 13, City Block 327, being <br />located in the 3400 Block off. W. Loop 286 <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />A. No one spoke in favor of the petition. <br />B. No one spoke in opposition. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by Mike Folmar to approve the petition. <br />Motion carried 5 -1, with James Price casting the dissenting vote. <br />6. Discussion regarding Part Five of Zone 1: Resort District of the Lake Crook Planned <br />Development District (LCPDD). <br />Alan Efrussy presented Part Five of Zone 1: Resort District of the Lake Crook Planned <br />Development District (LCPDD) to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Efrussy <br />stated he needs conformation from the commissars to move forward with the LCPDD. The <br />Planning and Zoning Commission gave Alan Efrussy approval to move forward with the <br />LCPDD. <br />7. Discuss information regarding Platting Process. <br />Shawn Napier presented the platting process to the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />8. Meeting adjourned at 6:08 p.m. <br />
