MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PARIS - CITY HALL <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />107 E. KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />MONDAY, APRIL 2, 2012 <br />5:30 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />1. The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, April 2, 2012, <br />was called to order at 5:33 p.m. by Dennis Chalaire, Chairman. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Dennis Chalaire <br />James Price <br />Jerry Akers <br />Holland Harper <br />Keith Flowers <br />Richard Hunt <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />Keith Barnett <br />C. Also present was Jeanna Scott, Assistant Building Official. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (March S, 2012) <br />Motion was made by Holland Harper, seconded by James Price to approve the meeting <br />minutes for the March 5, 2012. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />3. Public hearing to provide an opportunity to present comments and written evidence and <br />consideration of and action on recommending to the City Council the adoption of proposed <br />amendments to the Future Land Use Plan Map as follows: <br />A. That the future land use recommended for the property located on Lot 3, City Block <br />203, being located at 2419 Bonham Street be changed from General Retail to <br />Moderate - Density Residential. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />No one spoke in favor of the petition. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the petition. <br />
