Motion carried 5 -0. <br />4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of East Paris Baptist <br />Church for a change in zoning from a Planning and Development District (PDal -b) <br />Commercial Center or Housing Development /Community Unit Development to a <br />One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2), on Lot 12, City Block 259, being located in the <br />700 Block of North Collegiate Drive. <br />A. Public hearing was declared open. <br />The following individual spoke in favor of the petition. <br />Gene Anderson, 2615 Oak Lane, Reno, Texas spoke in favor of the petition. <br />Mr. Anderson had no additional comments. <br />2. No one spoke in opposition to the petition. <br />B. Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Jerry Akers, seconded by Richard Hunt to approve the zoning <br />change.
