Motion was made by Benny Plata, seconded by Keith Barnett to approve the final plat, <br />subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Master Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A, Loop 286 GBB <br />Addition, being number 2015 Loop 286 N.E. <br />Motion was made by Benny Plata, seconded by Richard Hunt to approve the master plat, <br />subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A, Loop 286 <br />GBB Addition, being number 2015 Loop 286 N.E. <br />Motion was made by Richard Hunt, seconded by Keith Barnett to approve the preliminary <br />plat, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A, Loop 286 GBB <br />Addition, being number 2015 Loop 286 N.E. <br />Shawn Napier stated he just received second revised plat prior to the meeting. He has not <br />had time to review the plat; a lot of the comments have been addressed, any additional <br />comments can be addressed and a corrected mylar will be submitted to City Council with all <br />changes prior to approval. Chairman Fendley asked if the document the commissioners <br />received in the packets is not the corrected document. Mr. Napier stated that is correct. <br />Dennis Chalaire stated shouldn't we table this item, because we do not have <br />the correct information. The nature and extent of these comments are troublesome, it looks <br />like they did not submit final documents, and it also looks like the lot configurations have <br />changed. Mr. Chalaire further asked if the drainage contours have been made. Brad <br />Osborne with Hayter Engineering stated they have not done the contours for the lots. Mr. <br />Napier stated he had been in contact with Guaranty Bond Bank relaying the issues he has <br />had with the plats. Chairman Fendley stated he does not think the commission should <br />approve a plat that is incomplete. <br />Motion was made by Dennis Chalaire, seconded by Benny Plata to deny the final plat. <br />Motion carried 6 -0. <br />9.
